About Peace of Mind Concierge Service
Peace of Mind Concierge Service was found in 2009 by Jenny Havlik with a mission to provide a service that was customized around the customer’s needs. Our goal is to provide a high level of customer service at all times. We graciously accept any customer feedback and view it as an opportunity to improve upon our work. We know our employees are our best asset that is why we are continuously training and hold monthly empowerment classes to ensure that all of our employees are well rounded and capable of handling any situation that may arise.
Due to our excellent customers and hardworking staff Peace of Mind Concierge Service started rapidly growing in the year 2011. We now have over 100 recurring customers and 16 employees. It is our goal to continue to grow and bring “peace of mind” to even more households and businesses in the year 2012 as well as providing jobs for a number of metro Milwaukee area residents.
